Apt CoWork at Sugarmont Apartments and Townhomes is a revolutionary new coworking space located in the bustling Sugar House neighborhood of Salt Lake City.

Residents of Sugarmont Apartments and Townhomes can enjoy a free subscription to the space, but if you’re not a resident, it’s not a problem! Non-residents can access this modern coworking space in Salt Lake City, as well as others across the country, for a small monthly fee.

Built with productivity, adaptability, and aesthetics in mind, this two-story coworking space features a plethora of amenities including a reservable content creation room, a privacy pod, community seating, high speed Wi-Fi, unlimited coffee, and sit/stand desks. Additionally, there are three reservable conference rooms for important meetings, interviews, and times when you just need a little bit more privacy. When the time for a break comes around, lounge on the comfortable couches of the cozy corner, play a couple games on the Infinity Game Table, or relax and grab a bite to eat in the kitchen. If you decide to walk to one of the many nearby restaurants for lunch, feel free to store your valuables in one of our secure storage lockers.
